The Grape Restaurant believes strongly in supporting the community and that is why we are offering to sponsor benefits at our restaurant for your nonprofit organization. Here are a few simple steps for having a special day at the Grape Restaurant:
1. Organize your group so you can pick your night early.
2. Pick any Tuesday or Thursday. We will assist you with selecting an available date that is convenient for your group/organization. In order to ensure success for your organization, only one fundraiser will be scheduled per evening and we request that supporters make reservations at the restaurant in advance. This will guarantee the best experience for your organization and its supporters.
3. Confirm the date by calling us at 630.968.9999. We will need the name, address, and telephone number of the contact person and the group/organization name.
4. Promote your benefit, and inform supporters of the date of your event. Get family, friends, neighbors, business associates, etc. to eat at our restaurant on your day. Inform your supporters to make reservations and let our staff know you are coming for your specific benefit. You will receive 10% of the sales (before taxes) from the people for your benefit who dine with us. As a result, the more people who come,
the more money you make!
5. At the end of the evening, we will tally up the sales and within ten days of your event, a check will be waiting for you to pick up. You may call for the results of your fundraiser the next day if you wish.
This would be a wonderful way for your group/organization to raise money for your cause and for the Grape Restaurant by supporting our guest’s charities and gaining new customers. We will also assist you by posting your event on our website and promoting via email. Please give us a call so we can set a special night for you and your group.
